During the day you can call the reception for emergencies.
There is no reception at night. At the front door of the hotel you will find an alarm box with two SOS buttons. In case of an emergency, press both SOS buttons simultaneously and you will immediately get our alarm center on the line. They will assist you and, if necessary, send the police, ambulance or fire brigade to the hotel.
